A City of Culture with Self-sustaining Community Culture and the Power of Street Arts
SFAC focuses on ‘communities, autonomous districts’ and ‘street arts’ within Seoul. SFAC provides a wide range of support for the development of street arts that the public can enjoy and the fostering of cultural resources in each community. It also carries out projects to support cooperation and networking with 25 autonomous districts and culture-related entities in each community.
